Cecil Seaman started in the equine industry training quarter horses in Ohio during his spring and summer months while working as a certified ski instructor during the winter. After exposure to thoroughbreds through Bob Moore at Darby Dan in Ohio, Cecil gained interest in the industry. He soon read about Dr. Manny Gillman, and his measurements of champions in the American Racing Manuals.
Soon thereafter Cecil took a trip to New York to meet Dr. Gillman discussing the measurements. This stimulated Cecil’s study of the bone structure of the thoroughbred horse. In the course of discovering what held the most significance, he whittled down his range of measurements from 36 to 15 measurements that he takes on each horse.
Through persistence and many trips to Kentucky and Florida, Cecil gathered enough champion thoroughbred measurements to develop a formula that allowed him to accurately predict Riva Ridge as the 1972 Kentucky Derby winner by measuring fifteen out of the sixteen horse field. Through the acknowledgment of this accomplishment Cecil soon began working as a full time consultant for John Gaines alongside Joe Taylor at Gainesway Farm in Lexington, KY.
After several years at Gainesway Farm, Cecil soon branched out starting his own consulting firm and working for some of the industry’s top owners, trainers and breeders. Over the years Cecil has continued developing his product to become an invaluable tool for many of today’s industry leaders.

Jon is also the founder of Infistone, which specializes in custom concrete design and fabrication of kitchen and bath countertops. Infistone works with homeowners, businesses, builders, designers and architects to create a functional design piece for your home or business.

Kimberly Ramsey’s interest in horses was stimulated as a youth by her parents with the receipt of her first horse on the family farm in which she was raised. Wanting to expand her experience in the industry Kim worked for Callan Strouss running the office on the Oak Tree Division of Lane’s End Farm for a brief period where she met and married her husband Curt Ramsey.
Kim then took time off from working to complete her Master’s degree and stay home with their two children. She is currently working on developing a thoroughbred youth exposure program while also working towards becoming a Senior Appraiser through the American Society of Equine Appraisers.
Kim has now expanded in the bloodstock end of the business and has begun taking on her own clients giving the industry a third choice for an agent with access to the businesses unique and sought after database of information.
